Join us for this 12 week program, coached by RRCA (Road Runners Club of America) certified running coach, Anne Knab to learn the skills to begin running or to take your running to the next level.
– One or two supported group runs per week (share tips, crowd source your achievements)
– Individualized training plans so you’ll know what to do on your own for additional runs each week

– Information clinics (stretching, nutrition, apparel – shoes, bras for our female participants and any other topics about which you have burning questions)
Pilates is great cross training to any running program! Running is a very repetitive action and Pilates offers the body a chance to find balance, avoiding injury and improving performance.
All participants of the Running & Pilates Workshop will get one group mat or equipment class per week at 25% off. Just pick the class you would like to attend, contact the studio and receive your discount.

Saturdays: 8:30 – 9:30am
Wednesdays: 6:00 – 7:00pm

Cost: Two runs for $180 + optional Pilates classes OR choose one run per week for $100 + optional Pilates classes
Cost for Pilates classes vary and discount will be applied at time of registration.
