To provide high quality and authentic instruction in Classical Pilates to groups and individuals with the intent of bringing people improved health, wellness and quality of life.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of watching people’s lives change through Pilates. I’ve watched my students improve their fitness level, reduce or eliminate pain, gain confidence, return to activities they once loved, break through perceived limitations by successfully accomplishing movement they never thought possible and by simply returning to a state of balance and well-being.
It is my ambition to have a studio where Classical Pilates and its many benefits is accessible to everyone. I constantly strive to deepen my understanding of this Method so that I may provide the best possible instruction and guidance to my clients. Through Pilates on the Bay, I hope to bring you health, fitness, inspiration and the best quality of life possible.
