Mary was one of the first full MELT instructors in the Northern Virginia area. She was trained directly by MELT Method creator Sue Hitzmann. She has also had the privilege of assisting Sue at MELT events at the Walter Reed National Medical Center. Mary is a PMA® Certified Pilates Teacher, ACE certified personal trainer, RYT-200 yoga teacher, a Hardstyle Kettlebell instructor, and a PADI certified SCUBA diver. As a marathon runner and cyclist, she understands the importance of self care to remain pain-free and active. Mary has experience working with clients from athletes to seniors, and with a variety of special issues including pregnancy, joint replacement, osteopenia, osteoporosis, stenosis, and post-surgical.
